Hi, Thanks for the friend request. I too had a complex cyst which was removed (also partial nephrectomy) at the beginning of November. mine was a bosniak 3 with a 50/50% chance of being cancer, I got my biopsy results just before Christmas which showed is was a cancerous tumour.
